Westfleet is one of the only seafood companies in the world that owns every step from ocean to export — quota, vessels, factories and transport.

At Westfleet, we built our company around a simple idea: if you want the best wild-caught seafood in the world, you can't hand off the critical steps. So we don't.

We own the quota that lets us fish New Zealand's pristine West Coast waters. We own the vessels that work them every day. We own the factories that process and pack our catch. And we own the transport that moves it — from the moment it leaves the water until it lands with our customers around the world.

The result is a true single-system supply chain. There are no third parties to compromise quality, no broken handovers, no surprises. When chefs and buyers in Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York open a Westfleet box, they know exactly what they're getting — because Westfleet people have been with that fish at every step.

By positioning our factories within hours of where our boats land, we move fish from sea to box faster than almost anyone else in the world. That speed protects flavour, texture and shelf life — and it's what lets us call our seafood "fresh from the wild West Coast" and mean it.
